I called Hunter after he was recommended from a friend at a closing company. He began explaining immediately what I needed in order for effortless home loan process. He made everything so clear and easy to understand. I just closed on my home on Friday October 21,2022 and it was in fact and effortless process. Even the team at Remax and Cowling Title wear impressed and could not say enough positive about the my loan process. We close the exact day we were told from the beginning. I simply cannot say enough good! I have recommended Hunter and his team to my daughter and her family and they have been impressed as well and are set to close this upcoming Friday. As a first time home buyer, it is pretty overwhelming. This is where Jeff Morelock and his team are at their best and helped us through the process. He made sure to answer all of our questions and worked with us to find the best rate possible for us to close on our forever home. He treats your money like his money.
