Telcoe Federal Credit Union, Sherwood, AR

There are some things this credit union gets right while in other areas it drops the ball.....the worst thing about Telcoe is not having a free checking account option that doesn't have requirements. Most of the BIG banks offer a free checking option now with no requirements and some are even doing away with overdraft and nsf fees. Credit unions should all be doing this at this point.

Spoke to an old guy in the window who refused to try and look up my account number I was given to deposit money. No explanation and cut me off when I would try and speak.

Telcoe was first used by my grandmother years ago . After she passed , I was left with P.O.A . This was all new to me but The employees were very helpful along with the owner . They recognize me by face , they are very helpful and friendly . Lois is especially an angel when it comes to being helpful through difficult circumstances . She is very patient and understanding when working with people like myself . Thank you for all that you have done for my family and I .
