Regions Bank, Walnut Ridge, AR

Their ATM is not located at their place of business. I've had a lot of problems with the bank, but they have work today out. The drive-thru and going inside takes time. Customer service is fair.

You cannot call the local bank you have to call 800 number and wait for up to 30 minutes for a real person. I want a local phone number to talk to a real local person who knows my needs I am thinking real seriously about changing banks

No local service number. Bank closes for COVID-19 with notice and no reopen date. Have to go in person because Regions has no local numbers. Only 800 loop. Horrible service.

Dont waste time here like I have....far better places to bank.

For years I have told people about the kind & professional service available at this bank. Not anymore. I'll skip the details, but your money can be better put to work somewhere else. When you consider that, plus the fact that last week I was treated as nasty, rude, and unprofessional as I have ever been treated at a "for profit" business, you'd be better off exploring other avenues. Obviously the tide has changed.

I moved here about 8 years ago and I got hooked up with Regions Bank and they are a great bank they have been able to handle everything I've ever needed since I moved here from Arizona. Regions Bank the best bank there is

I’ve always loved the service and friendliness of the employees at the location…but you don’t really and fully appreciate it until you go to a location that make you feel like you’re a bother. You will always be MY Bank of preference. 💕 …
