Right now I'd give a one for customer service. Been trying to set up our online account for two days now and can't do it because I need a temporary PIN number. This is supposed to be assigned to me by someone in accounting at the Warren branch. Unfortunately I can't get anyone to return my calls! Customer service is much better at my other bank!

I have been with the credit Union for years and I have NO complaints. They have helped me improve my credit and purchase a vehicle. I can't see myself doing business with any other bank.

I dont have an account here but missed a call from this company. So, we called back to see what was it about and to make sure there is no issue about an identity theft etc. Not pleased by the customer service.
