I've been banking here for years an I get direct deposit ,an at midnight I can go to the ATM and get a withdrawal.Where other banks you have to wait until it opens the next morning.

I am ready to go back to keeping my money in a mason jar & forgetting that there’s such a thing as a bank. I used to be FSBW’s biggest fan & best ad until recently. Christie used to be awesome until she got promoted & let it go to her head. Today, I needed to make a deposit but wasn’t able to drive the hour round trip due to being under the weather. So, I called & asked if I could make a deposit over the phone using my credit card. The teller had no clue & said Brittany was gone to lunch but would call me back w/ an answer. I waited over two hours for a call back. Finally, I called her only to be told that bigwig Darrell said not unless I was making a payment on a loan. If I had know that yesterday when I transferred $$$ from checking to loan installment, I would have used my credit card for that & wouldn’t have needed to make a deposit today! I’m thinking what does it matter? Too bad our evil federal government bailed out the banks. No one bails us out! That’s ok. God’s Got This! May He bless the 🇺🇸 & the Razorbacks! GO HOGS! I have never in my life had as many problems with a bank as I have this one. Do not use this bank.
