Absolute WORST bank I’ve ever been with! They have an update system whereas if you use your debit card over the weekend, your funds are stuck on “Pending” until Monday and god forbid, you have a funds transfer coming in from somewhere (ie. Cashapp), your funds will NOT appear until later that day or the next day after their over night update. It’s like the FDIC put a bunch of 2 year olds in charge of millions of dollars and whoever came up with the “update “ system needs to be fired. I don’t recommend this bank to ANYONE!

Awful staff. I can not believe what you have put my mother thru over the last two weeks. She now has to prove that she is not deceased because of your banks Incompetent's and instead of apologizing for your mistake all anyone can seem to do is make excuses.

Don't use their online banking. It is confusing and vague.

Have never been inside but really appreciate their supplying meals for volunteers after the tornado.
