Bad customer service. Left 2 voicemails on 2 different days. No call back. I applied for a pre approved offer only to be told they had a solution for me to call them. Hence the 2 voicemails. The 3rd time I called - finally someone answered! Only to be told I was denied. Misleading "pre approval" and bad customer service.

The whole staff was incredible. Tina is a blessing. I appreciate them for knowing that life is tough and people need help sometimes. Thank you guys

I applied my profile was sent to the wrong office location. I was told I would receive a call from the representative at the location my file should have been sent no one never did call me back.I decide to take my talents to another finance company who provided white glove customer service and received my personal loan. Mariner Finance you missed out on me all you needed to do is just call me.

Even though the office was very busy I had a delightful and informative experience with refinancing of my existing loan. I did not need to jump through a bunch of needless hoops and their assistance helped improve my credit. Thank you for working hand in hand with me.

I had to apply for a smaller 2nd loan. The first time was amazing and easy and done online. The 2nd time was easy, Had went in to one of the branches. The lady was kind and professional! So glad I have business with Mariner and no one else!!
