I needed proof of a loan that was paid off years ago. Customer service was great. He wrote an email to the loan officer requesting the information and called her and left a message. That was above and beyond in my book. I have banked there for many years. But today i had to wait 45 minutes to open a savings accounr.

We have both have used the customer service at our branch probably too many times to count this year. I have been with the bank about 7 years and have been happy with the service This year we have had to ask many favors that are outside the normal things. The staff has been very gracious and we really appreciate it.

Never open an account with these people. Fees Fees and more Fees. Because of all these fees I closed my account, then I tried to get a statement for last years taxes and they wanted $120.00 to print out this piece of paper. Crooks.

They won't do third party checks after the second time, even having an account with them over decade

Would not break a twenty for quarters for the laundry. Really???
