Opened an account with them, because I use an out of state credit union and I was going to transfer my money over. I'm glad I didn't, because they're the worst financial institution I have ever delt with! First red flag was they were no longer in the credit union co-op! Second red flag was they kept sending me paper statements, even though I applied for their electronic paperless banking. Final red flag and the reason I closed the account was they started stealing money out of my account and calling it "inactivity fees", without even notifying me!!! They stole $30 of my money and wouldn't reverse the charges! Had I not checked when I did, they would have stolen all of the money out of my account and closed the account, without even notifying me!!! What is an "inactivity fee", when you are supposed to be holding my money for me? You make money of off investing your customer's money and then you steal their money due to inactivity?!?! Theft is theft, no matter what choose to call it!!! I will never recommend anyone use any services you offer, because of your questionable business practices!!! You're operating out of Walmart for a reason and it's not to serve the community!!!
