Avoid this type of loan at all cost I am warning you! They will leave you without a car. They have the license to be loan sharks by the federal government! All this title loan places are scammers. To operate one of these places should be illegal!

This is my second title loan with this company. The first time I had a title loan with this company I was happy with everything. This time around everything is different. Kayla will tell you that you agree to certain terms but will never show you the term she's talking about. We had a problem with a payment so I told her this happened last time and Wendy was able to do this. Her response was "well wendy isnt here now is she" so I ask to speak to her boss in which Kayla continues on to tell me she is the boss but she is just the manager of the location I am asking for the owner's information she tells me she'll give me the owners information but he's going to tell me the same thing all in all she never gave me his information like she said she was. I work overnights and my payment was due today she calls me TODAY at 2 when they were already asked to only call between certain times.

I recently lost my job and then shortly after my dad. Things have been a little rough and I needed some cash. I went in here and was told I would be approved for more then I was told over the phone, I still get to keep my vehicle and all this without even having a job.
