This is quite literally a criminal organization. They are withholding payoff demand information to intentionally increase the amount of interest owed to them. We will be filing a lawsuit against them. I would suggest to anyone interested in their services to stay far away from this company.

They at least get the numbers right. However they get other things wrong, like adding late fees when THEY are collecting my loan payment monthly on autopay! I wrote to them ; they wrote back and apologized but did it again on my recent lioan .

Their "app" for your loan is a complete joke and doesn't even work. Has been that way now for a year. Everytime I call and ask them when it will be fixed they just say they have someone working on it. I always have issues with logging in and it always wants to send me a verification code even though I mark to not ask me again. Then you get into the website page and it says "this page may not load correctly if ... and lists basically every situation normal humans use to open it" I just want to pay my loan guys. Why do you have to make it impossible to do

I can't get ahold of anyone for anything. This is the worse mortgage company i've ever dealt with.

I am incredibly disappointed in the costumer service provided over the phone. The company is in error on their management of my escrow account however have failed to rectify the issue after multiple calls. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Got covid, I was out of work for 10 days. rather than putting my other bills on a tight budget for the month, I called to see if I can differ one payment, mind you I never have asked for this before. They said they would gladly help me differ my payment but I needed to refinance my house at current market interest. Which all I needed was this one time break, but no they wanted me to refinance 7% that more than twice of what I have now! Can't count on this mortgage company. I'm sure they are getting people for this too by making them refinance and making them pay way more for a small break.

Our loan got transferred to this company. Website doesn't work and gives errors and says to call a phone number. After spending 3 minutes going through phone trees, it says sorry no one is available. It won't let me fix my address. Looks like I'm in for the same terrible experience everyone else has had. Updated to 3 stars. As of 30 Nov 23, they have updated their website. It now looks like a modern website, and the functionality is much improved. I was now able to accomplish all the tasks I originally could not. I have not tried to call them recently, so I can't speak to if their phones are now functional which is why I'm only increasing to 3 stars at this time.

This company is not great at all. We started a loan mitigation program to help with payments. We still continue to receive foreclosure notices for the unpaid amount because of the program. They are legally obligated to do so, but that is the only communication we have received since the beginning of this. It’s quite unsettling when you receive a letter stating you need to pay or leave unexpectedly. We did not get a heads up about these letters when we started loan mitigation. We are also apparently assigned a loan mitigation rep, but we have never heard from them. Our online account is also showing our payments incorrectly. Ours is a month behind and the next payment consistently posts later than when it should have been auto withdrawn. Overall, I’m not sure why our loan was sold off, but I miss our old loan servicing company.
