Do not bother wasting your time here. Always understaffed and can never get anything right. Over a month ago I attempted to take out a small loan only for my info to get lost and the only thing they told me was to “wait 30 days and reapply” and so I did. After completing another application and having to call on my own because they had missed my callback appointment time, they were once again unable to help me because I didn’t meet requirements. Fix your system and hire more people so you’re not understaffed…

A very friendly and helpful staff. No one likes to have to get a loan, and the people at Mariner in Chandler get that, and made me feel dignified and welcome there, all with a view to helping.

I spoke with a representative today by the name of Anthony (Chandler office)very rude. I ask a general questions regarding the payoff and he was so rude and very unprofessional .waiting on a callback from the manager. I would never recommend or do business again with this company.

I had a hard time with the mobile app. Went into location and they helped me get my lone. Very professional and knew what they were doing. Second time I have used them and it was a pleasure dealing with them.
