A nightmare to work with, I have never taken out a title loan before and after this experience I never will. They had me take a pic of my drivers license and social security card and sent it in as well as all my bank statements. They would not accept a "scanned" copy, nor would they accept a bank statement in a pdf format, the response was "how do we know that's actually yours?" and "How do we know that's in your possession?" I have a high end vehicle that was bought with cash, I was only asking for 20% of its value to pay down some bills - they were a "nightmare" compared to a mortgage company. In the end I decided not to go with them, they were shady as heck and now I have freezes with all the credit agencies. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere !
