Edgar was so amazing and so very helpful. I just lost my mom and received an inheritance and he helped me figure out what was best to do for my situation. He made sure I felt comfortable and answered any questions I had! I am going back in with my husband to set up a couple of other things!! Thank you so much Edgar for all your help and kind words!

Edgar Baray Medina went above and beyond helping me get a new ATM card, last week. (7 days ago) He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, funny, and we were able to have a great little side conversation about my BTTF t-shirt that had us talking about how great the movies are. There was a woman ahead of me in line and her 4 children were just running around like children do when they are not supervised properly. For someone like me that chose not to have children, I have a low tolerance for the yelling, screaming, chaos that children are capable of. Thankfully, Edgar saw how uncomfortable it was making me as well as the other bank patrons. So he did the right thing and brought them coloring books and encouraged them to behave. It was great! He also made sure that my ATM card worked perfectly at the conclusion of my visit. All banking experiences should have this great of an experience! I look forward to working with Edgar in the future for all my banking needs. Thank you so very much, Edgar!

Edgar Medina was terrific in helping me find employees who could help. Jasnia at Chino Valley, helped me find a payment I thought was missing - it was in the previous month. Then, I wanted to review her performance - which was great, and got sent to Ruby, also I believe, in Chino Valley, and she was terrific. Your online system is frustrating. Your live workers Edgar M., Jasnia and Ruby are terrific. I hope you can created a more easily navigated system for praising your employees - especially for your customers (I've been one for 39 years) who are not tech savvy.
