This credit union is incredibly understaffed only one teller and apparently they only have one computer that can do share branching therefore if you want to drive through and bank they will not allow you to. Terrible service for share branches look elsewhere don’t give them business.

I have only been a customer for under a year, but ftom the very first time I walked in to open a checking account everyone has been super nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been with the credit union for years and love it. At other banks you don't have control over your own money but the credit union, you have total control!!! I wouldn't even think about switching.

We've been with the credit union for about 25 years, and have had no major problems, and what problems we ran into were quickly resolved. All on all, very happy with them.

Pinal credit in Cooledge AZ has been great, even when we get into trouble, they always know how to fix our problems.

Good luck in trying to talk to a real person by phone. I have never received notification by email about any transactions like deposits or withdrawals, yet a ticket was written and it was never fixed. No real customer support number. Time to find another bank I guess?

Very clean, light, well kept. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff. Even though this is a shared bank for me the special request I made was handled with politeness and courteously. With no objections what so ever. Very professional. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
