Both myself and my mother have been customers of ace cash express in cottonwood az for over 5 years and have always paid our loans off. We were sad to hear the store was closing and the staff told us many different stories about how to pay off our loans. They first told us our loans will be forgiven and that we did not have to pay them back. That was a complete lie. Then they told us that if we didn't pay our Loan in full within the next 30 days that it will be sent to collections. Then we were told if we talk to collections and work out an agreement that they would forgive half of our loan that was a complete lie. They have told us lie after lie for the last few weeks and now they refuse to give us any more information on how we can get help. This is not how you treat paying customers who have been loyal to you for over 5 years. Then they said that we have to drive all the way to Prescott which is an hour away just to make payments which is impossible for us to do. Every time we try to reach out to someone in corporate or someone who can give us more information they just give us more lies and we are left with no help. This entire experience has been horrible and I am extremely dissatisfied

Dealing with Skyler made Cash Ace Express somewhere I will never go again. I borrowed a small loan from Cash Ace Express and even though they are not supposed to call your workplace unless you are late for a payment, Skyler called my workplace and left a message with our office manager that i had a loan due the next day. She is only allowed to call my cell phone. She completely violated my privacy and all she had in response was a snotty lie and deny attitude. Her manager, Lela, was appalled at her unprofessional behavior and her lack of respect for customers and company policy and apologized for Skyler's rudeness but i won't ever go here again.
Skyler also left 3 reminder messages on my phone, which she said was her job.....her manager told me she was only allowed to call once.
Money Mart in Flag has way less paperwork and after the first visit you can borrow over the phone and pay back over the phone....definitely worth skipping the Skyler experience.
