Ever since lisa left everything in this store went down they say they will help you but they won't and they only thing they care is about the money we had a loan there I have help my dad paid it for a whole year and they damn loan was the same ever since we started and not only that we called and told them that we won't be able to do the payments because we had family emergency and they said we had other opinions to call them the next day and the same day they came for the car when my dad wanted to go in the next day and ask what we can do..... never believe in them they never help and they lie ....

Met Lisa at the Prescott AZ location. She has outstanding customer service & is definitely management material!! Would love to see her permanently in Prescott!
