This bank has no drive-thru in my town, so you have to walk-up to the ATM (creepy when it's at night) and just be aware they have NO INSTANT PAY options - all they have is Bill Pay so if you have to pay someone immediately you're in the dark ages LOL

Wonderful service every time I go in. The level of customer service this branch has for its members can not be appreciated enough. Everyone there is devoted to making sure you are taken care of and service is unmatched by any other financial institution. Great branch, great people, great Credit Union to belong to. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

I joined this Credit Union after moving to Cottonwood because there were no branches of my previous Bank available. I have found the staff of the credit union to be diligent, friendly and knowledgeable both in person and over the phone. Mobile app covers the basics and allows you to do deposits up to a certain limit. I have also been able to link Zelle with my debit card so I can receive Zelle payments. You do have to remember that it is a small Credit Union so it does not always have the amenities that a larger bank would have, especially when traveling. But I knew the limitations of this Credit Union when I open my account and I've been very pleased with the personal service I've received. Also, I like how each individual you speak with tends to be knowledgeable about all aspects. And if they're not they will research the question and get back to you. Unlike at a big commercial chain Bank, where you keep being passed off to somebody with the appropriate title in order to get what you want done. CU West has been an excellent choice for me.

I had a great and helpful experience with Sharon gore in cactus Peoria she is so nice and helpful and a lovely person. She answered all my question and I walked out with more knowledge and new things to apply in my finances. Definitely recommend this place and her too!

I have never applied for a “wire transfer,” until today. I made an appointment to meet with James Bragg. He was on time and ready for any question(s) I had, regarding the wire. He made my 1st wire experience easy, and provided me the necessary advice making the process informative & enjoyable!

One problem after another. Holding checks even though I have auto deposits, turning off debit card and issuing new ones if I dispute any charge, no access to Zelle or Venmo with checking account info. I'm on the phone with them every month for one thing or another. I'd love to move but what a hassle.
