What a wonderful place to do banking! Everyone is helpful and courteous. I have to say that Candi is the absolute best! She is especially marvelous. Everytime I'm next in line, I hope that it works out that she is available! Candi rocks!

With quality customer service, this is my favorite credit union in AZ! A nice balance between individualized care but also professional and they have branches where I need them. I also like that it's a big enough credit union to sync with my budget software!

We had Banker Kelli help us this morning. We had three questions/issues we needed help with. She was great. She took her time with us. Never made us feel rushed. Answered all of our questions. We just wanted you to know what an excellent employee you have.

Kayla at Cottonwood branch, always greats me with a warm smile and always goes above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. She's one of the main reasons I come back, because her customer service is the best!
