Rude and unprofessional. They lie about how long loans will take and they lie about interest rates. When you ask for updates on loans that they saw will take one day, they tell you to leave them alone.

I can not say enough nice things about the Douglas branch. I have been a member of the Douglas branch for over 10 years and have had a very professional ,efficient and personal experience. Excellent customer service and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.

The bank tellers are very kind and make it so easy to accomplish any transaction you need to make! They are great. Banking app is so easy to use.
