First Interstate Bank, Eloy, AZ

Since the new switch to First interstate bank from Great western I've had so many issues! And now I go and try to pull out MY OWN MONEY from their ATM at the casa grande and Eloy locations and it did not allow me to and said I had $0 in my bank lol But I just got paid....So now I had to go use a random ATM and got charged to pull out MY cash! What is the use of having a bank account with you guys if we can't use the ATM!!? so frustrating and not a happy customer. Now let's see if I can get my money back for the ATM charge!

I love this bank! The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and they are always really good at getting me in and out quickly! I'm always welcomed and greeted with a smile! Really nice environment and place to do business. I would give it 10 stars!
