Relieved that we consolidated our payment. We were so upset when payment was stopped on our van that we didn't asked to get stopped. Thanks to the person who was so kind to help us get it straightened out. Now we are anxious to continue on with this company. Told a lot of people about One main Finance.

They do not accept retired people as income is insufficient and accepts only people who make over $2,000-$5000 a month only. No exceptions as they say and they put out some info saying about credit or bad credit is a lie, credit score must be 800 period don't waste time going to this place they trick people..this place in flagstaff needs to move away go to phoenix Tucson or where rich and wealthy people are

I had been on the phone with them ALL day waiting on call backs that never happened so I had to continue calling them back. And after wasting a whole day on the phone and Being told multiple times "I was approved for x amount and it could be completed same day" the lady Amy says there is nothing they could do until a different day and it would only be for less than half if what they had originally told me.
