Every associate at this branch has been helpful, efficient and very friendly. They’re always happy decorating and smiling all year long! What a great team to have working together!

I opened an account with this credit union and after finding out they hold my deposits for 10 days, I will be closing the account ASAP. I deposited a check fo $10,000 at Chase Bank and they made 10% available imediately and the rest was available the next day. Arrowhead's policy is rediculous!

Arrowhead credit Union is fantastic. The employees are very friendly and are able to explain details of their products at length. Knowledgeable professional and great customer service. I strongly recommend this credit union.

Poor customer service. Invasive privacy violating practices. Need excessive documentation to open account. This credit union not only wants to verify identity (legally permissible) but to also verify sensitive aspects of your life such as your physical location. Do not use this credit union if you enjoy a private lifestyle free of physical surveillance.

Bad Customer service need to open an IRA today and I was told they were to busy and I needed to make an appointment as I saw one person sitting there with no one and could have done this in less then ten minuets

The fee structure of this credit union is as bad as most banks. I have another credit union in South Dakota (Black Hills Federal Credit Union) and they don't charge extra for cashiers checks, notary public, etc. Arrowhead charges 10.00 for a notary and when the library will do it free of charge!! I have never dealt with such a a credit union that has it's hands out for everything that should be free to it's membership base (customers) I really don't see how this institution has any advantages over a common bank. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and I give them credit for that.
