The young lady that handled my application was very professional and patient when we had trouble uploading an item. She tried different avenues to get it done and was very receptive to my idea of uploading and together we got it done. She stayed on the phone until all items were handed correctly. The turnaround time was not too bad as well, as I had a large item that had to be paid and I was able to do that without any penalty. All and all it was a very satisfying experience.

My process was amazing, very friendly, very professional and informative. They explained the entire process and was very transparent on how things would work and had great options. Julie was truly amazing. Thanks for making the process simple and easy. You're the best.

The process was long, I needed the money for car repairs and dental work and did get approved. However lifes circumstances changed and I haven't worked since Dec.15th and did reach out to them.I had paid on the loan for 1.5 years with no issues. I asked to stop automatic withdrawal I still have paid them just not with autopay. However a withdrawal came in Feb. and I did not have it my account I got charged by my bank and by them for the return. I called to get it handled and was told it was only notated for Dec and Jan ? Unfortunately they will not help with the fees and since supposedly was this was not notated they didnt care. Long time customers word meant nothing and if you can avoid this place you should!!!

Do not go here. They give you wrong information when you setup your loan. Was told I could modify my loan later and when I tried I was told to do another application, which hit my credit, as opposed to taking 5 min to look at my account. I was then told that that the information given to me when I initially did the loan was incorrect and “everyone” who worked in that office was gone so they could not speak to what I was told. I did the loan 3 months ago. Unprofessional and incompetent.

I stepped into the trap that is one main. This company will only be friendlyand courteous when you are signing up. Once you have signed your life to them, it doesn't matter. I have been trying to make things work with these people, I have been told two or three things from the employees. They will call you 5-8 times a day, even if you pick up and explain. You may sign your deferment papers, only to have them bill you anyways.(yes, the corrected it, but I have no faith now) Do yourself a huge favor STAY AWAY FROM ONEMAIN
