Don't bother going to this place for a registration loan if you just bought a new car and have a temp registration. This I kinda understand if it is their policy however, there is not excuse for really bad customer service. Staff was not at all customer friendly. Felt like I was being push out the door. The lobby smelled to me like a gas station bathroom and not many options for seating. This was my first and last time at this location. By the way. When I left I call other registration loan places and they did not have any problem with my temp registration. 2+2=4. Just saying.

I want to start off by saying... Hands down the BEST loan place I’ve been too. The staff is amazing and friendly. I was welcomed with a smile from the moment I came in and even as I left! Also, they’re an amazing team they work together to make the process even quicker which was fantastic, I was in and out.They all make me feel confident and secure during the whole process. I could not not leave a review about my amazing experience. If you’re in need of a loan stop looking! THIS is the place! Plus, this office is very clean I also noticed they clean often which was an A+ even more! I will continue to use Cash Time for my cash needs, specifically the location on 51st avenue and Bell Road and I look forward to see all their friendly faces again. I Was assisted by Sandra who was amazing. She helped me get everything in order and even when I encountered a couple of obstacles, she helped me overcome them and explained clearly how the process worked. I am grateful to her and to the company for the loan and I would definitely recommend them to others

This location has always helped me when I needed a loan. I’ve been helped by Stephanie personally and she’s always assisted me when needed and explains the whole process as well. She has a very professional demeanor and is very friendly. I high recommend this business for all of your loan needs.

THE PROCESS TIME IT TAKES TO PICK UP A PERSONAL LOAN CHECK IS RIDICULOUS!! I GOT THERE AT 3:45PM TO FILL OUT THEN SIGN THE FORMS AND IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR.........I'M LUCKY TO MAKE IT TO THE BANK ON TIME!! I ALSO DON'T APPRECIATE GETTING CONSTANT PHONE CALLS AT MY JOB REMINDING ME TO DO WHAT IVE ALREADY SAID I WOILD DO............I ONLY NEED TO BE REMINDED ONE TIME AND ONE TIME ONLY.............PERIOD!!!!
