WaFd Bank, Globe, AZ

The problem is not with the local bank branch. The problem is with headquarters. The local bank in Globe is great BUT the corporate headquarters is poor. Headquarters customer service is poor. When you call them you get put on hold for 10 minutes minimum. And then customer service never solves any issue. They write a ticket and it disappears into the system and they never follow up. Their online banking is so so. Their IT department can not resolve some basic problems with their online banking. They are trying to force people to download their app. This bank used to be nice but it has changed.

When I really needed them most, their so called " 24 hour " customer care had me leaving MESSAGES. No live people as advertised and I've only had two good calls with them, during normal business hours, out of a dozen. I highly reccomend choosing a different bank, as I am doing as soon as possible.

It seems oike every week or few days the online banking app is having issues. Its so fustrating when you need to check info and it takes forever and keeps kicking you out. Also not to mention our ATM is always down alot too... Im so ready to switch banks. I travel for work and have business so I use the ATM for deposits and what not....grrrr....

no drive up, no night deposit, and now they are closed on Saturday.

I’ve been with WaFd Bank for almost 5 years now and have had no problems what so ever. They are a reliable bank and are very helpful when I have certain needs. Tricia is a very great help as well. She’s efficient and very informative and always willing to go above and beyond.

We have tho most friendly and courteous WF bank in the country. The ladies here are awesome. You are made to feel at home and they know you and greet you as soon as you walk through the door

Oscar is the best bank teller I’ve ever had in my entire life. He’s so efficient and his customer service skills are out of this world.
