I was on a last minute deposit errand and Lauren helped me out. She was proficient, professional and patient. I'm also in the customer service field so I try to recognize good customer service when I experience it. Thank you Lauren.

I made an appointment with Wells Fargo which I thought was for 1 PM. Their system told me that my appointment was for 2PM and placed an appointment on my android calendar. Upon arrival at the bank I was told that my appointment was for 1. PM. And no one was was there initially to assist me. Their mistake!!!

Teller at Wells Fargo bank said she can’t cash my stimulus check because of insufficient funds. Wow... it’s a government check. We are all in trouble if our government is broke.
