Always speedy have never had to wait even during covid they kept the wait short. They are always nice and helpful..I'm going on fifteen years with them.

My husband and I had wanted to switch our accounts to this credit union, but changed our minds after he was treated poorly and rudely by the staff, when he tried to get a cashiers check, at this establishment. We will take our business to another credit union.

I have always had great experience with the tellers but have encountered alot of electronic difficulties and can almost never get anyone to answer the phone. They do have the best employees!

The banks tellers are not friendly and they never answer the phone. Also when I leave a message for a specific employee I never get a return call.

I let the phone ring for 20 minutes straight no answer so I went there and rang it again still no answer so I went in zero people inside I asked why aren't you answering phones and the reply was we are busy.
