Jennifer Blakley the service manager in Lake Havasu has a “ not my problem” attitude and poor customer service skills that make the lake Havasu branch look bad. Frankly they would be better off without her.

Being a part of Horizon Community Bank has been a joy since opening a checking account with them in the recent past. I love that they have interest bearing accounts on a low balance, and everyone I have encountered there has been super friendly and helpful with my banking needs and interests. I would and do highly recommend Horizon Community Bank to others and support our local businesses!

20% Fee to cash a check drawn from their bank. When I spoke with the manager to inquire why the percent was so high, her response was "I didn't get a degree in numbers."

It is said “there is no such thing as a bad bank, just a bad branch”. Coming from an extensive financial background I’d have to agree. It’s not so much the circumstances that are cause for this review; it is how the problem was dealt with. To Mark J. Martinez Exec Vice President, Horizon Bank, Lake Havasu. Whose advise was “get serious”. Your ethics and customer service skills are appalling as is your lack of professionalism and inability to address a problem. You are one of the Managers at the branch and as such you lead by example. Let us hope that is not the case here. Mark, I would strongly consider re-examining your abrasive approach and I would highly recommend you not be allowed to deal with the general public given your current skill set. Remember, you are in the service industry.

Horizon community bank is amazing. They have the best customer service. They are always available to help with all your banking needs, with that hometown local bank service.

I recently had an experience with this bank and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch! Michael was super friendly and went out of his way to help me with my banking needs. Overall, I had a really positive experience with this bank and would highly recommend it.

I have been banking here for years. One of the only banks in Lake Havasu that deal with large coin deposits with out fees.

TERRIBLE BANK FOR BUSINESS - Was with this bank for 5 years for business account. An employer I had worked with had a promtion to sign up for one of their business accounts. it’s served it’s purpose as a bare bones bank but has a terrible website and worse customer service. I had an issue this morning regarding transfers and ended up speaking with the Manger Jennifer Blakley to try to resolve an issue. I could not be more disappointed with the service or the outcome. Stay far away a from this bank. Crooks.
