Tom was great! By day I am a mortgage underwriting manager, so I am very familiar with the process of getting a home and a mortgage. Tom made this transaction the best I have ever experienced in my 20+ years in the business. I had only 1 loan condition and done. Amazing! Highly recommend Tom and his team!

Started out good but ended terrible. Horrible business practice. It took them over a month to get me info on payment for Hard Money Loan. After repeated attempts to get info I didn’t get it until the 7th day into the month. Then proceeded to charge over $4,000 for it not being on Time. My complete rehab was done before they ever gave me info. I dealt with for months well house was closing. They ended up telling me it got waved and sent me payoff showing gone. The. Right before closing they snuck it back In to steal money from me. This is Terrible business practice. Be careful

The entire Summerlin team are true professionals. They helped me refinance my home and filled me with a sense of certainty every step of the way. The whole process was easy and extremely fast. I have recommended them many times and have never come short. If you ever go into their office you will understand that they are doing things at a higher level and their culture is like nothing I have ever seen. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

Kate did a phenomenal job with regards to our loan on our cabin. She was honest, hard working and diligent. I have been in the business for 15 years and I highly recommend her. She communicated every step of the way.
