God is good. I have never gotten a payday loan or any loan for that matter. I didn't know the process or if I would qualify. Last night I noticed cash1 from across the street from chevron where I was getting gas and told myself tomorrow I will go there to see if or what I can do to get a loan to help with getting insurance for my wife who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I prayed to my lord and savior Jesus Christ that I needed $500. I went into the branch and was assisted by Jennifer who was patient as well as extremely helpful. After some time I was told that I could get $400 dollars today. I filled out the required documents and was given $400 to pay for my wife's emergency insurance since we recently moved to AZ from california. I am thankful and gracious. Thank you Jennifer for your kind words and professionalism. I was so excited I cried. This was truly a wonderful experience. I also want to thank the other lady who was there for her kind words and wonderful smile. I believe her name was Helen or Ellen. I was so overcome with emotion I may have forgotten her name but I would recommend anyone to consider cash 1 to anyone needing a loan. Helen helped me out I was already unsure about trying to get a loan due to another company just messing with me passing me from one representative to another with that company once I called her she didn’t play around with me and she explained in detail everything I had questions about and helped me understand and I would recommend them to everyone who needs a loan fast, easy, without getting taken for a fool I will gladly be using them again in future

Online app worthless. Sent all paperwork on loan approval to me by email. Yet Money was not deposited into account because of manuel verification of military status. Yet no phone call, text or email to make me aware of loan status. When I called staff said online application was deleted??? Because they needed to know military status. Tabitha called and was very pleasant and resolved issue. Edited my review from 1 to 5 stars. Thank you.
