What a waste of time... multiply days. I filled out all in info that was asked for and answered all of the questions truthfully and it kept moving me through the process. Then when it came time to get my loan I was turned down . Every reason the gave me for turning me down I had a rebuttal. I was out on hold three different times for over 12 min each time...for what for the guy to come back on and tell me he can't help me. He did nothing to even try to help me in my situation. I will be calling corporate next.

If you want to get robbed legally. This is the place... Your ever in need. They will be here to take advantage of you... Not worth it. Businesses like this is why our country is going down the drain.

Pete was great! In the beginning we thought it maybe wouldn’t work out for me finding a loan to fit but he went lengths to help me out and make my experience great! He helped me with a buy out which now also helps me save wayyy more money. Thanks Pete!

This places customer service sucks. I applied around 1pm scheduled a call back at 3:15, no one called. I had already sent in my docs before i called them. I had to call them multiple times due to being placed on hold and then the line disconnecting. Everytime i called it was a new person who didnt know where i left off asking me for the same docs. Its now 5:15 they close at 6, i ended up just canceling it. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Just want to give a shout out to Norma! I called her and she help me with all my questions and concerns. All over the phone!! I couldn’t be happier!! Great customer service! It’s already a difficult time for us thank you for making it easy!
