Got some cash for gold at this check cashing store in Mesa. I thought they gave a pretty fair deal, so i would come here again to sell gold. Plus the staff was cool too. No complaints.

I went in here the other day for a cash advance. I gotta say, the guy with the weird shaped head really helped me out alot. I was worried I wouldn't be able to pay my Bill's on time, but he saved me. Very courteous, professional, I will come here again

I get out of work at 7pm this was the closest title loan to my house that stays open til 8pm. By the time I got there it was 7:30 I told the customer service lady I would like a title loan I had my title she said we only go 10 years back. I didn't understand what she ment. I told her my car is 03. She said let me call my boss and ask if it 10 years or 15 years. So I was like okay if not can I do a registration loan. Although I couldn't fine my registration she said. So she called her boss and found out it was 15.. (She should know how to do her job or shouldn't be working by her self .) so she said I'll need a check stub I had a pay check stub but they only go back 30 days it was 1 day off . I told her I can show banking statements of my Direct deposit she said well we will need the net pay and you would have to email me. So finally she called someone else to fine out it fine she don't need them so we can continue she had me fill out some paper work then she called some one else and told me oh I'm sorry we need to take pictures and its policie I can't after sunset. I told her doesn't your camera have flash. She said yes but it's policie ( why are you open after sun down ??) then she went on to say I will have to verify your bank as well I told her well isn't the banks close she said yes I can keep all your paper work in file and we open at 9 I believe she said. I was so upset and felt she just wanted to go home and not help me plus on top of that she just wasted my time due to she don't know how to do her job and seemed very clueless Thanks checkmate for no help

I was happy to find that I could sell gold here, because the staff is always cool. I've been to those cash for gold stores in Mesa before and they are just ok.
