Biggest mistake I ever made getting a personal loan from these people. The interest rates are unbelievable. I borrowed 5,000.00 two years ago I was late making two or three payments and two years later I owe close to 7,000.00. I am never going to get this loan paid off. Should have never gotten a loan from them.

I was very impressed and satisfied by the service received at the office. The staff were very professional and wanted to help me so that my need will be accomplished. It was amazing! I recommend everyone to go over there I am sure you won’t be deceived!!!! Thank you again ONEMAINE

I've always had a great experience with OMF! They are easy to work with and provide great service!

Went through the online approval process and was approved with verified income. Then the company puts two hits on my credit, takes 4 days, and then denies my loan. Asked me dumb questions and was generally unpleasant. Do not use OneMain!

One main financial @ 454 N Lindsey, Mesa AZ is sending me PRSRT postage paid junk mail addressed with someone else's name. Just to be clear someone else's apparent loan approval was sent to my address. If this loan recipient ever lived at this address it would have to be more than than 14yrs ago. Has someone used my address in their loan application? Junk mail? Is this loan office paying attention?

When applying for a loan, you would think the workers would have more decency to get back with you in a timely manner to let you know what’s going on, as some financial situations require urgency! This wasn’t the case, I had to call THEM, 3 times for them to let me know they wouldn’t refinance my loan. Although, I make more than I do when I got it originally (same job) and have been making higher payments than necessary, on time, for over a year? Makes sense… Not impressed.

OneMain has been so easy to work with. Mary is great and has made my experience very pleasant!
