Delaney was amazing! She was personable, I felt like I had known her for years. She made the process very easy by accommodating my busy schedule . She also took her time to explain my options and she made sure I understood them. And she allowed me the time to pick the best option! One of the best experiences I’ve had getting a loan!

Easy to apply.Was convenient and good way for me to consolidate my credit cards and just be able to pay 1 bill. Dalaney was super helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend.

Applied online and then completed in office. The plans presented gave me choices and I was not pressured into any one plan, or add-on items. I recommend OneMain to anyone for auto loans or personal loans.

This is our second loan with One Main. We came back because they have provided us with the best customer service imaginable and make it easy, non-threatening, and affordable to get money when we have needed it. We are here grateful for how professionally they treat us.

This location is a JOKE!!! My daughter isn’t going to write a review but I will. My daughter got the “Congratulations” approval email on Sunday evening but when she spoke to this RUDE rep all of a sudden she was unapproved. This rude rep entered incorrect information and would not change it; which is what lead to my daughter not being approved. My daughter has very good credit and obviously pay all of her bills! I will go on every social media outlet possible to leave a bad review for this location. And Felicia, the one who was supposed to call my daughter back is either playing phone games or she’s just as unprofessional as the rude rep! Take your business to another professional establishment...because this one is below sub-par and makes me wonder if they are racist.

Would be 4 stars, but when paying off the vehicle there was a big issue. I requested a 14 day payoff and mailed in the check as requested. Onemain didn't cash the check until 10 days after the 14 day period (USPS Confirmed the check was delivered via tracking number) later and charged me 10 days of interest which was over $55. I of course, has to pay this balance to close the account and get my title to my car.

I was just helped by Betty at this location. Immediately after hanging up I had to come write this review. She was phenomenal, polite, attentive and I cant say enough good things about her customer service skills. She answered every question--sometimes before being asked--and Id highly suggest using OneMain!
