I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff. Viridiana was wonderful and extremely helpful. Blanca made my visit super pleasant and I was in and out with no problems in less than 30 mins. Great place!

Such great customer service. Stephany was super patient and explained everything well. 3rd time getting a loan thru them and I've never had any problems.

I'm extremely disappointed with Oportun!! I've used them for many years now and have taken multiple loans and always paid my payments on time as well as opened a credit card account with them. I've never missed a payment and I've actually always made it a priority to pay down the debts as quickly as possible. Most creditors would consider me to be the perfect customer. I received a notification that my credit score was affected this morning and looked into it and noticed that Oportun had closed my Credit card account without notifying me first. I had a zero balance on it and when I spoke with Customer service, there reasoning behind shutting my account was because I haven't accrued any debt in it in the last 60 days. This blows my mind to say the least! None of my other credit card companies that I go through would ever treat an outstanding customer like this. Now my credit score has been affected at the worst time, as I'm trying to buy some property and a new vehicle. After years of being a loyal customer and bringing them multiple customers, this is how I get treated.
