Super friendly and competent staff. Not crowded at all. A different 3rd party license company told me a somewhat complex auto registration and title transaction could not be done. Julia made it all happen quickly and easily. Will always go to this location in the future for any license, registration, or title needs.

Highly customer friendly, service minded staff with “can do” attitude. today I went in to transfer the vehicle to my son's name—Andrea, who is the person who was at the counter she was was phenomenal. She greeted me with a great smile, assisted me thoroughly, and took her time to explain everything to me step-by-step. Now, these are the type of employees who makes the business five-star - Go Andrea!

I came here to get my sons Drivers License and the transaction was so smooth! Andrea and Julia were so helpful and so easy to talk to! I would totally recommend to come to this location for seamless transitions! They are AWESOME!

FANTASTIC If you need MVS services, this is the place to be! Julia is amazing and did my Road Skills Test. Rose was joyful and made the experience very memorable. Monica finished ot all up by completing my NEW Drivers License and covered all bases. Fantastic crew!

First, the most important thing... Andrea is a Rock Star! I went in yesterday morning (a Tuesday), shortly after 1 Stop opened, to get an updated license. It is a nice, clean facility. For most of my 15 minute visit I was the only customer there. Have you ever experienced that at the MVD? Probably not. I had done some research on what documents I might be asked for. As I reviewed the documents and other information with Andrea, we managed to find something funny at each step. I had tears coming out of my eyes at one point from laughing so hard. If you don't think there is anything funny about getting a new license, you haven't met Andrea. Besides being hilarious, Andrea is incredibly smart and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of motor vehicle bureaucracy. Much appreciated. I spoke briefly with Andrea's supervisor, who was also very pleasant. Hiring great staff is an art, not a science. They seem to have mastered that art at 1 Stop. I left feeling better than I did when I went in... With the exception that the fun was over. That doesn't happen much when doing Motor Vehicle related stuff. Bonus! If you want great customer service, go to 1 Stop Motor Vehicle Services. If you want to get in and out fast, go to 1 Stop Motor Vehicle Services. If you want to be treated well, and possibly laugh until you cry, go to 1 Stop Motor Vehicle Services. If you have time to kill, don't want to be entertained, and don't need the job done right the first time, go somewhere else. Next time I need something done that 1 Stop can help me with, I'll be back there, even though there is another option 10 minutes closer to me. Thank you Andrea and 1 Stop Team!

This place is so clean, organized, and efficient. Everyone working there is very friendly. We've seen Monica both times we have come in- for a driving permit and then a road test. She is very professional and so kind. Highly recommend!
