Copper State Credit Union, New River, AZ

I paid off my vehicle on May 5, 2022. I was told the lien release would be sent to DMV in 3 business days and in approximately 2 weeks I could request a paper copy of the title. I've contacted the credit union twice by email with no reply. I called the credit union 3 times to request a lien release and found out each time the release had not been processed by the credit union. Because of the credit union's lack of service I cannot get a clear title for my truck. I feel after 3 months 2 emails and 3 phone calls someone should have contacted DMV regarding the lien release. Very poor customer service on the part of Copper State Credit Union. I will not do business with them again or recommend them to anyone I know. They might consider giving their staff training because the people I talked to kept telling me the person in charge of handling the lien releases wasn't available the three times I call. How convenient.

The amazing team of Abigail and Amy personify the term service with a smile. My only regret is not leaving the bank to come to Copper State Credit Union sooner. I'm so thankful to have found this branch.

I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Baker for the first time today. I am a loyal lifer now. She not only helped us with the notary she also helped us with car loans. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to see her. Copper State has always employed wonderful people to work with. And they also have very competitive rates for all your loan needs.

I did financing for an out of state car. Every other bank or credit union could only get me high rates. However, with the help of Paul Mejia, he was able to drop my rate by more than 8% than anyone else was able to! Paul has been extremely helpful, I’ve been in talks with him for a month now and he has clearly and concisely showed me all of my options and guided me through each step. Paul is very exceptional and Copper State is a great credit union to finance with! Thank you Paul!

We had to deal with quite a few accounts after my mom passed and Amy was absolutely amazing, she was incredibly helpful through the entire process and was able to help with everything we needed. I didn't plan on banking with copper state prior to having to come in and deal with everything but fully intend to transfer my other accounts with the big banking branches over here. Bar none best service I've had at a bank I don't know what they pay her, but they need to pay her more! Employees like her are incredibly hard to find and are absolute gold when you do, you guys definitely want to hold on to this one! Thanks Amy we appreciate all the help!

I do not find myself often giving a five-star review, but the Anthem branch of Copper State credit Union deserves a sixth star! The entire Anthem staff is very friendly to the point you feel like family and very accommodating. Their knowledge and willingness to help you with all your needs is above and beyond. All the employees at the Anthem Copper State Credit Union are amazing! After just a few visits they have recognized us by name each time we are there. Eileen makes my visits so much more than just running into the CU for business. My husband and I will never go to a different bank or CU!
