The Bank Of The West transition to BMO destroyed the credibility of this branch in Page, AZ. Same managment as before but the rollout of the new acquisition has proven to be difficult and assuming stressful for the limited staff on hand here in the this remote section of northern Arizona. BMO should have sent a representative of upper management for at least a week to assist and smoothen the transition. All accounts will be closed for me here. Thank you to the staff for all the years. I’m sorry, this probably has been tuff on you guys.
