Jared Robb and the Zona Lending Team are incredible! I struck out with 3 different mortgage companies while trying to refinance my home and take advantage of the great interest rates. I figured I would give it one more try and I am so glad I did! Zona Lending made the process so easy, treated me with such respect. The entire process was less than one month, while waits at other lenders are 3+ months. We saved so much on our monthly payment, and the interest rate is better than any of the failed companies even came close to offering. We were even able to sign papers right at our kitchen table. Easiest experience ever. Also, I’m in Prescott, and they are based out of Peoria, but that didn’t even matter, it wasn’t ever an issue. If you’re looking to refinance, or even purchase, definitely use Zona Lending!!!
