This review is for the online department. Fast, easy, and great customer service. I've done a few loans online and I can say that I've had great results every time I have applied. I've worked with the customer service representative Luis and he always does an amazing job in helping me out.

Diana was very kind and knowledgeable in her job. She went thru everything she was doing with me so there was total transperency ...meant a lot when dealing with these types of businesses. Made me feel comfortable that everything was secure.

Cynthia, was great gave me a call she let me know about my avaliable balance and all the information I needed before I even got to the store.way easier process....

Don’t have a loan with them. Don’t want loan with them called to ask for them to remove my phone number and all they continue to do was ask me for my first and last name the first lady I spoke with just put me on hold and let me sit there for five minutes because she didn’t want to help second guy continue to question my name, and I gave them my last name which should’ve been good enough yet they refused to help if this is the way they conduct business it seems a little too desperate. I would never do business with these people.
