Horrible experience. Very slow, they take pictures of your important information with some very very cheap hand held camera. The quality was so cheep they had to keep taking multiple pictures of the same documents. It didn’t feel very secure there. Asking to recite your ssn when it was already written on docs. They need to prepare you of what’s required before you have to wait all that time and fill out paper work to then miss one check mark of what they require. Just a bad overall experience. I’ve never had this kind of experience at any other loan establishment. I only tried this place because it was close by. I would rate zero starts if possible

the manager Melissa was such a great help when my mother went in. She was very helpful and definitely knows was she is doing! as i waited in line to get helped i could not help but recognize the positive vibe she had with EVERY customer!!

Simple fast service. I was pleased with the loan I received. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely continue business here.
