DISASTER!! It is frustrating when people have to wait 30 minutes in line, with no one ahead of them, to send money! 3-4 girls ALL behind the counters talking about personal & vulgar stuff, for EVERYONE to hear!!! & only ONE actually working!! Teach these employees more professionalism & work ethic!!

I’ve had a Lone with the one on 43rd Ave. and Indian school very great service so I live closer to the one on 75th now I went in to try to get a loan the lady I spoke to was very rude I have no problem with people who don’t speak English working everybody needs to get paid but if you’re gonna get mad at me because I don’t speak Spanish I think that is very wrong it was a older lady Bad service bad attitude

My name is BRYAN VAZQUEZ, owner of BRUTEFORCE NFE CLOTHING COMPANY. Just a few hours ago i arrived at checksmart for a vehicle title loan on 1 of my 3 vehicles i currently own. There is a Blonde long haired Hispanic woman, as i am a hispanic man, around her 40's sje was very rude and disrespectful about her services which made me ask for my car title in return because of her disrespectful yet UNPROFESSIONAL service. She mentioned i needed My Certiciface of Business ownership which i have at home given the fact i was at the Checksmart i did Not have it. So i called my wife and asked for it, but as i was on the ohone call the Checksmart Worker spoke over me on the phone saying, "THEAT WOMAN YOUR SPEAKING TO HAS NO IMPORTANCE IN OUR CONVERSATION" So yes indeed i lost it a bit but didnt disrespect. I clearly stated to the Woman " i am speaking to the mother of my chldren, amd she has my Business Ownership Certificate , amd was calling to see if she could retrieve it" then the woman said "ph im sorry i didnt onow". I may not be the brightest, but i old fashioned and i know whem someone is being DISRESPECTFUL, AND OR DISRESPECTING my loved ones. And the fact that the Woman did EXACTLY JUST THAT, i now as a small Business owner am forced to leave this Terrible review about an employee hire by the company CHECKSMART on 75th ave and Indian School phoenix Arizona. I believe nobody on the planet should deserve such terrible customer service ESPECIALLY when they are coming to a business for THAT SPECIFIC businesses SERVICES. Anytime i received a call or inquiry for my company i give the UPMOST respectfull service i can possible give, and since i yes was expecting the same and didnt but not only that the EMPLOYEE disrespected the Mother Of My Children on the phone. I would trully appreciate it if Management to this specific location would contact me due to the fact that i trully do NOT want continue typing the rest of my EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.THANK YOU AND I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A LOVELY DAY. #BRUTEFORCENFE

I have done business with Checksmart for the past 5 years at 2 other locations and this location on 75th ave and Indian School is my favorite!!! They are respectful, polite and always have a smile on their face. They also take the time to answer your questions and explain any changes that occur in detail so there are no misunderstandings. BIG SHOUT OUT TO VANESSA AND THE OTHER LADIES!!! MUCH LOVE!!!

20 dollars out of 160 was taken out of my check and I couldn't even say nevermind the rate is to high because the check got cashed and then I was told how much I was getting even though I asked how much it was going to be. I wasn't told the … More
