This company was horrible! They did not fully explain all the fees that was associated with the account. When questioned the reply was simply it is in the contract. They charged the finance fees upfront . I attempted to cancel the protection coverage for over 3 months by sending multiple request and no response. The representatives were never available, were not professional and provided horrible service. Due to the consistency of the issues the manager began managing my file and the service was the same. I would never recommend this company . It was so bad I took out another loan just to pay this one off to avoid all interactions with them. The only helpful person was the female that answered the calls in the office Arizona office

The WORST customer service. I've ever dealt with. Left several messages and emails. No response. For weeks. And still haven't responded. Abi is the worse loan officer I've ever dealt with. Was approved for a truck loan. And still haven't heard back in over a month.. Would not recommend.. Take you're money elsewhere.

Mission Financial is a great financial company. They will help you in securing a truck. They are there to help if you're having financial issues as well. Communication is key. I faced repair issues that were very costly. I had trouble paying my bills at home, rent and truck note. They worked with me immensely to help me get caught up and I m forever grateful for that. They understand that things do happen. Again, all they ask for is communication when things go south. Don't hide. Do not avoid them. Talk to them about your situation and between you and them, a solution will be found. And both parties will come out on top and be happy. Give them a try.

By the Grace of the Good LORD we paid on time.They are a good service to work with. If you are honest and up front with them they will work with you if you fall on hard times. Don't hind from them just call and talk with them. T hey are great people to work with, when you need money they are there to help.

This was one of the best if not the best purchasing of a truck experience that I have been involved with. The friendly and out going staff was ever so vigilant on keeping me current and positive with my purchase. Mrs Banks and the staff around her, especially my payment advisor are the greatest. I'm sorry I cant remember her name, but she is the one. Morphias should have been looking for her instead of Neo. To say anymore would be I love them like Family. That's real from Tommy P Smith Jr. No Matrix!!!

This is my second truck with them and Brian Ojeda and sussan are great help they really go out of there way to help you get things going and I will always look to do business with them thanks for all your help
