Will constantly tell you you prequalify for this and that, getting peoples hopes up that are REALLY struggling, even tho you will be rejected every time. Weather it be for not having a nice enough car, or own a house. Spam emails and now calls for offers they know you won't be able to get. I needed help with rent once and they just press you for more money every day since.

I had an amazing experience with this location. Karem she explained every question I had politely and understandably, they took their time and did not rush me. They were really friendly and pleasant.

Very disappointed with the lack of service at this location the branch manager Virginia Sexton lied to me about my loan status. I had to file the paperwork for a new loan by myself taking me about 2 days on the phone with customer care to upload all documents required that would have taken me 10 min in the store location. She refused to work with me or even return my calls. I've been a customer with this location with an existing account for over 2 years never one missed payment on my current loan. I'm a business owner myself and would not be able to operate if I had my customers treated in this manner. I did file a complaint and I hope corporate will take a good look at business practices at this location.

This experience was quick and stress free! My representative Karem knew exactly what was needed, she was thorough and supportive! I would recommend this company and office! I also appreciated the manager in her clarification and assistance to avoid any delays! Thank you

We originally qualified for a loan over $100,000 and only requested $12,000 of the money to be released so how come we can't get another loan when we qualified for more than we took out
