Defiantly a 0! I am in the process of filing a police report for fraud. Kayla was helpful but, gave me a copy of my Experian report, that they ran and apparently one main allowed someone else to use social security # to get a loan from them!

Manager is very unreasonable. I tried paying with a credit card and she would not take it so I said ok I'll just have to pay when I get paid on my next check and she said there will be a $10 charge. State farm is more reasonable than this. Aps electricity is more reasonable than this. My car payment santander consuner usa is even more reasonable. Heartless and they don't care. All they care about is $$$

If you need a loan....This is the place to go. Great PEOPLE and a smooth and easy process. DO remember to ask questions and understandable their answers. Only borrow what you need!

Where do I even begin! I applied for a loan today and they told me I was approved so I went into the office to sign my paper work for the loan I supposedly got approved for. After one hour of them explaining to me about my loan options and trying to sell me other stuff that I really had no use for, I get the news that my loan was approved, but only to pay off my 2 credit cards and my loan for my camera which made no sense to me because all my bills get paid on time. How in the hell do you approve someone and then tell them how they have to spend their loan, and charge over 36% interest! They were short handed and had no supervisor around to answer any questions that I had because they themselves didn't even know what was going on. The lady that helped me was very nice, but it still doesn't change the fact that I felt like a yo-yo going back and forth. The fact that I didn't get the loan was disappointing, but I was more upset that it was a hard hit on my credit that I've been taking care of for so long. That's what I get thou, for going to these loan places instead of going straight to my bank instead. Lesson Learned!

Applied for one loan thru credit karma but they ran me for four different amounts. My score dropped 45 points. It was the only thing I applied for, and the "hard inquiries" were listed on my credit karma account. Will seek funds else where after I recover my 45 points. Would not trust this company.

I was pre approved multiple times and can’t get a loan with them. And it appears that they do not loan to Black/ African American people. They make up what ever lie they can to turn me away. A few years ago one of the Hispanic workers even told me that her white co-worker was a racist and I should report her. They need to be investigated. BBB were you at? They appear to be redlining big time!
