I recently took out a personal loan with this company and can’t recommend their service due to 1 major and persistent issue with logging onto their website. I have to verify my email address every single time I try to login. When I called the office to ask about it before I signed up I was offered their number to call and setup a fix it ticket for their problem. I went ahead with the loan still after being told I would no longer have to verify my email again. Went to log on today to make my first payment and again I have to verify my email yet again to make a payment. Much more difficult than it needs to be.

Applied for a loan in the middle of April and was told I was approved for the loan and upon completing all the paperwork and not hearing from them for 3 weeks. I called them to get an update on my application and no one answered. Come two days later when I log in to my account it says my loan request was declined. Don’t waste your time here.

Changed my review to 5 star. Just moved from Arizona to New York and I called all three of my car finance companies and OneMain was the only one not to hassle me about the paperwork I needed to register my car in New York. And they overnight mailed the papers I needed. I was expecting a 3 week turn around time like the other places I had to call. Amazing. Thank you guys.

I applied on a Thursday and by the next day Friday I had the funds in my bank account! This is the fastes process ever! Very thankful for this! I also got a follow up call that same Friday from the manager at the Laveen branch! She was super nice and just greeted me very well also she answered all my questions! Im beyond happy and excited to do business with this great organization!

I received the worst customer service at this location. Not only did they waste about an hour of my time with their "technical delays" but then one of the woman directly lied to me about what I was signing in my loan agreement. I get a call back later clarifying their mistake with my loan agreement and state that I must return that day to resign or I have to cancel my loan and reprocess. Lack of professionalism and complete lack of competency. Look else where for a laon!

Once our loan is paid off we will NEVER use one main again. My husband has been real sick lately and we’ve been struggling with bills because of it but always make our payments even if they are a little late. But even one day late they are blowing up both of our phones multiple times a day. It’s ridiculous. I have never been harassed by anyone like this in my entire life.

The person who assisted me was very attentive to my needs and very kind to me.
