We got a 500 loan and due to hard times we where late on a few payments and they repo'd my ride even tho we paid them a month ago it didn't matter all that matters is that we where late and now getting charged 1100 to get it back out mo negotiations nothing just double what we got plus the 3 months we already paid so dnt do it ppl they will rob u not here to help anyone

My original loan was with Cashtime. Due to unexpected auto repairs I asked to borrow more. My loan was redone through Presto I was able to get $400 more and my payments actually are less. Sandra was awesome. Very helpful.

We had a loan from them. We were 2 months behind on payments and tried calling to do a payment arrangement but no one would answer the phone. When they tried to call us we pick up but no one was on the other end of the call. We waited 30 seconds to a minute and nothing. Then when our payment was due on the 15th on the month we were going to call when they opened at 9 am (this will be 3 payments behind on this day) our vehicle was repo at 2 am that morning. We had no warning about it. We called to find out what was going on. They said due to nonpayment it was taken. They explained that we should've gotten calls and mail about it. We explained about the calls and said the mail nothing stated that the car would be towed on a date. They said the only way to get the vehicle back was to pay in full not what we were behind. That we had 15 days from a letter that they will be sending out. We got the letter 5 days after the date of our vehicle was taken and it stated that we had 15 days from when the vehicle was taken not from receiving the letter. They lied. Plus they couldn't explain their lies. We did get our vehicle back but we will never go back to them for a loan.

Tried to refinance my loan. Lady was rude and unprofessional. Seemed like she didn't care. After a few minutes of being on the phone. She hung up. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
