Kelley is an extremely diligent agent! She has a strong drive to help resolve complications as quickly and efficiently as possible. Although there were some difficulties with my experience (uncontrollable circumstances), Kelley did an outstanding job of making sure we had the tools we needed and was very supportive throughout the process. Although at times she can talk a little fast, she resolves problems even faster! She was a pleasure to work with and I have great confidence in her abilities.
