I feel like I've stepped back in time each time I enter the PV Branch. Kelsey set up my accounts and was so sweet. Today I had some business to take care of and when I walked in Kelsey remembered me! After one meeting! How can that be? All the people they see and she knew my name and had my paperwork ready. This is the BEST bank in the area, truly. And trust me, I've tried them all. So pleased with Credit Union West! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The best place to bank...by far. I'm so thankful for the staff at CU West. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue at a CU West Branch. The only thing that ground my gears was the new website design, but they were responsive to my concerns and I have figured out how to navigate it fairly quickly though it is not nearly as user friendly or efficient as the old website.

Left my previous bank to this credit union. I immensely regret it. I can never get money or make a deposit as their ATM is down 90% of the time. I work throughout banks opening hours and drive out of my way to get to this location to find out that the machine is constantly down. It even ate my card one of the times and became a huge hassle to cancel the card, worried that I would have the card stolen from the machine. Instead, they cancelled my credit card and not my debit card. If you're a 9-6 worker, Run away.... I'm pulling everything from here when I can finally get there and going to a different bank.
